Application Research Of Environmental And Occupational Health And Safety Management Systems In The Machinery Industry

After entering WTO,China is thinking much of problems about industrial zoology.We should resolve these actual matters for the sustainable development of economy.We must alter the old mode of management for achieving the goal.We combine the concept and application of environment,health,safety(EHS)engineering and afford brand-new ideas for the management of China's industry corporation in future.EHS is the abbreviation of the first letter of environment,occupation health and safety.In the trend of global economic integration,foreign companies in China continue to increase.Construction EHS culture has become a important part of large enterprises.In recent years,the international safety,occupational health technology level and the environmental protection level have been developed rapidly.Compared with the developed countries,China's present condition is lagged behind.The gap is mainly reflected in the legal system and occupation health safety management systems are not perfect,basic research and application technology of EHS is backward etc...Therefore,the study of cultural construction in our country is still relatively small,a few studies just around the construction of EHS system.This paper is introducing EHS engineering and highlight introducing the EHS management system and application in S company.EHS system is a very scientific management system,it use P-D-C-A mode of management and buildup with plan,do,check and action and also merge the ideas of environment,health and safety.Implement EHS system will be an effective means for industry enterprises to improve their management and quality control and ensure the health of staff.The key point is how to implement EHS system correctly and effectively.Therefore,we will analyze and appraise work of EHS department based on study relational theory of EHS to ensure we can study and sublime the soul of EHS engineering.
