This paper completed the model of the pilots’ flying psychological health risk and compiled the Psychological Health Risk Assessment Scales of Chinese Pilots(PHRS).Research in psychology theory and technology of this article as a starting point, to identify the psychological quality closely associated with flight operations, and summarizes the pilot mental health risk assessment standard, which is includes the development of psychological function, social adaptability and psychological symptoms. Redacted the corresponding scale to evaluate the risk. Using the scale to collect and analysis psychological data on 130 graduate students. This part mainly introduces the theoretical foundation and compilation process of PHRS as well as the inspection and application of scale. Basis on the summarizing of the previous research, the theoretical framework of risk assessment of the pilot mental health has preliminary established. According to the professional characteristics of the pilot, PHRS contains 15 dimensions(the 15 th dimension is for lie detection) and a total of 75 subjects.Data show that each dimension of PHRS has to meet the requirements of psychometrics validity, content validity, structure validity of the scale is relatively good. PHRS can detect our idea to the psychological characteristics of the desired test. This study provides the evaluation tools for the security risks triggered by the pilot mental health. PHRS can be more comprehensive and timely understanding the psychological state of flight students, providing data support to mental health risk assessment for civil aviation pilot, providing the basis for civil aviation colleges to improve the scientific training plan. At the same time, to improve the flight safety, reduce the accident risk and improve the level of department of aviation enterprise safety management is of great significance.
