Research On Auxiliary Space In Residential Dwelling Size

With the rapid development of market economy,the standard of the people's material and cultural life has been improved,and the requirements of the living conditions and quality have become much higher.In the past,question for residential, mainly is to resolve the problem of "can or cannot",and now has been upgraded to the housing quality like spatial distribution of dwelling size,comfort and rational of the dwelling size function,and more and more reflected in the innovation research on the spaces of auxiliary.Auxiliary spaces not directly for the livelihood of households,play an important role in the people's life and the comfort of residence.Auxiliary spaces,include storage,porch,corridors,balcony and so on.In our country,we usually don't give adequate emphasis on storage spaces,and impact on the overall comfort of the residential.So the point of the research on storage spaces of the city residence is to improve the comfort of the whole city without affecting the living space.In this paper,we select the storage space as the focus of the research on auxiliary space.Then,with the definition,the classification and the examples of analysis the storage space,comparing the storage space of China with Japan's,investigation on current situation of the northern residential home(building area less than 107 square meters),and the summary of questionnaire and the synthesis of 2008 National competition for Indemnificatory Design.Finally,we propose the method of design, such as detail design of the storage space,storage space Compound and variability and so on.And we hope that we could provide some valuable information for professional personnel,which is provided a reference for the design of residential dwelling style and refined decoration.
