In order to control the gas pollutant of the overall industrial workshop, the article chose the technology of gaseous pollutants purification, such as the low-temperature plasma, TiO2and UV photocatalytic. Compared with the traditional air purification technology, the new technology has the lower energy consumption and its efficiency is higher.By use of the research of the new technology of the gaseous pollutants purification,something like low-temperature plasma,TiO2and UV photocatalytic purification,which is popular at hoe and abroad,.the article have designed two compound purification programs after compared with each other, and identified the best one at last.In order to optimize the device structure design and the purification efficiency, the author used Gambit, Fluent, chemkin-4.5and airpak to modeling,and make the numerical simulation on the basis of the design parameters of the device, what influenced the analog content include the airflow particulate, matter removal and the low-temperature plasma reactor.Finally, optimize the device based on simulation and produce the sample machine。 What is more, test performance of the device and check the parameters of stability, airflow organization and treatment effect。The authors simulates analysis of airflow with airpak and contrast its result with experimental result, in order to validate the results of the device in the whole plant of large space。The results show that:the parameters of the device can play the desired results.
