| As an important product of mechatronics,industrial robots have become one of the core indicators to measure a country’s equipment manufacturing industry level.To improve the production efficiency and product quality,the digital design is urgently.This design is aimed at an industrial in Ganzhou.The main work and results completed are :Established an enterprise information management model,basis on this model designed the communication architecture.For Manufacturing Execution System(MES)and Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)system,Product Lifecycle Management(PLM)system,Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA)collaborative integration between systems was studied.Researched for the information collection method of the industrial robot assembly and debugging workshop.Completed the research of Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification(UHF RFID)in metal environment.Simulated Pulse Interval Encoding(PIE)PIE encoding method,Double Side Band with Amplitude Shift Keying(DSB-ASK)modulation methods and ASK demodulation methods.Research on the scheduling algorithm of CNC machine workshop.After establishing the mathematical model,for the Particle Swarm Optimization-Genetic Algorithm(PSOGA)search have low efficiency and easy to fall into the local optimal solution,let the Simulated Annealing(SA)to optimization that.By adding the corresponding procedures of the process route to complete the coding and adopting methods such as adaptive crossover and mutation operators to complete the improvement of PSO-GA.The SA algorithm is combined with the improved PSO-GA algorithm to complete the design of the simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the PSO-GA algorithm and performed well.Utilize distributed ETL,Hadoop distributed file system,and stream processing system to integrate,summarize and dig the data which collected from multiple types,finally research a data platform and design the page.Figure 39;Table 5;Reference 42... |
