Displacement ventilation system(DVS)is a collection of clean,comfortable and energy saving in one new type of air conditioning systems.Compared with traditional air conditioning system,it can reduce energy consumption at the same time,provide better air quality and more comfortable thermal environment.With the higher quality request of indoor air environment,the system we mentioned getting more attention in world.In Europe and the United States,the application of DVS is relatively common.While in China,there are not many applications of DVS The research of DVS's cooling effect in workshop is still not mature enough.And we still don't know whether DVS can eliminate industrial oil mist pollutants.These factors have affected the promotion and application of DVS in China.This article decompose indoor heat load,and find the relationship between the air temperature rising and the floor heating.The rules of criterion numeral's selection in different workshops is formulated on the basis of the existing DVS design standards.Industrial workshop model is established under the simplified conditions.CFD method is used to simulate indoor environment.The best condition is chosen in simulations,then find the rule of air speed and temperature distribution in that condition.The industrial oil mist pollutant's distribution regularity is found in simulations by combining workshop model with the pollutant model which is created in this article.By verifying the applicability of the displacement ventilation,the design criteria of industrial workshop displacement ventilation is established.The results of this article are summarized as follows.1.By decomposing indoor heat load,the relationship between the air temperature rising and the floor heating before displacement process from the floor.2.Industrial workshop model is established under the simplified conditions.By using that model simulations in done to get the rule of air speed and temperature distribution in every section.After that the rules of criterion numeral's selection in different workshops is formulated on the basis of the existing DVS design standards.3.With simplification and summary,the pollutant model is set up under the basis of particle size analysis.The model is in globular liquid drop form.4.The industrial oil mist pollutant's distribution regularity is found in simulations by combining workshop model with the pollutant model.The concentration of conform to the hygiene standards.It proves that DVS used in the large CNC machining factory can guarantee the indoor thermal environment,at the same time guarantee the effect of indoor air cleaning.
