Integrating Modern Management Model With Schedule And Quality Management For Shaanxi Province Freeway Project

In recent years, with the rapidly development of freeway construction in ShaanxiProvince, the freeway construction management methods and technology requirements arealso rising. Traditional management model has some limitations, inefficiencies, and it isdifficult to adapt to the modern freeway construction management requirements andstandards.To enhance the management level of freeway construction in Shaanxi Province, thispaper first systematically summarizes the development of freeway construction in ShaanxiProvince, and points out some problems of some sections during highway constructionprocess, such as management does not reach the designated position, schedule and qualitycan’t optimized, road facilities is not perfect and so on; Secondly, this paper expounds thebasic principles, methods and techniques of modern management and proposes new ideas thatuse modern management model to solve freeway construction schedule and qualitymanagement issues on the basis of analyzes the factors affect schedule management andquality management; Finally, this paper takes YuSui freeway construction as an example, itcombines modern management model with advanced network information technology appliedto the YuSui freeway construction management, and focuses on the impelmentation in theschedule management and quality management.Practical results show that: the modern management model in freeway construction, notonly to speed up the project’s schedule, to ensure the project’s quality, but also improve theefficiency and quality of management, and achieved good effectiveness of the application.Through this research, modern management model not only proved feasible, but also enrichthe freeway’s schedule and quality management theory.
