For the past few years, with the continued demand for the energy sources in countriesof the world, solar sources have become the main emphasis on the development ofenergy.The key grid connection techniques in the photovoltaic power generation andwhether the electrical energy transferred from solar can satisfied social demand andnational relevant technical regulation is important for the theory and reality, and it is alsothe topic of this paper.The first chapter proposed the significance of photovoltaic power generation, andbriefly introduced the simulation software PSASP of the papers need to use. Thenintroduce the basic concepts of BIPV and PV grid-related requirements and technicalrequirements. A brief description of the basic principles and classification of solar modulesand photovoltaic array, inverter, and describes the components of the photovoltaic gridproject involved in this paper. And this paper elaborates in detail power quality includingvoltage deviation, harmonic wave and their generation, harm and design formulas. Inaddition, according to the realistic PV project and simulation software PSASP, this papergives the simulation results and conclusion analysis. Finally, in order to meet the voltageregulation of PV power plant and improve transfer efficiency, this paper also analyses thecalculation for reactive compensation and simulation results according to the specificity ofreactive compensation of PV projects and then calculated the size of the required reactivepower compensation and compensation proposals.Simulation in the paper as the basis of the actual PV projects, and contrasts thesimulation results with national standard of power quality to point out the comments. Thispaper also proves the correctness of the calculation method and simulation process.
