Reflection And Quest On Typical Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone Construction

Since China’s High-tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as theHi-Tech Zone) was established in1988, the Hi-Tech Zone has gradually developed into acomposite function of scientific research, production and living complexes. The Hi-TechZone is different from the industrial park and new urban areas, which not only has its ownspecific function in industry but also has close ties with the city. In the context of rapidgrowth of cities, there are many problems in city construction, and these problems arereflected in the Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (hereinafter referred to Hi-Tech Zone)which as an important growth point and the function area of the city from different degreeand angle. The paper attempts to break through the traditional research focus on the internalmechanism of the Hi-Tech Zone industrial innovation, management mode operationresearch, exposure to the Hi-Tech Zones they rely on urban context, analysis of theexisting problems as urban functional zones in order to explore the construction of Hi-Techzones and urban coordinated development mode.Firstly, the paper researches on the foreign representative Hi-Tech Zones, and analyzestheir general situation, development course and the present situation, to tease out theconstruction experience of them. And then this paper studies on the current situation of theHi-Tech Zones in our country under the background, objective analysis in the process of itsconstruction and loses. Through the comparison and analysis of cases at home and abroad,this paper sums up the differences in the construction of the Hi-Tech Zones between eachother, and reflects the main problems in the construction of Hi-Tech Zones in China underthe background of city growth from three aspects, which including the relationship betweenthe city and the Hi-Tech Zones, the effects of the Hi-Tech Zones to the city, and theconstruction of Hi-Tech Zones.Based the analysis and the reflection above, combined with the planning andconstruction of HuaZhong Agricutural Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, to explorethe development mode of adjust measures to local conditions with the selection and thedevelopment of the strategies to the location of the promoter region as a starting point.
