The second highway of Wuhan tianhe airport is a fast channel project,which is thetwelfth five year plan of wuhan in highway system, connecting wuhan downtown withtianhe airport.It’s the important export channel of northwest of wuhan city,which own animportant position in the whole highway system.Due to the transition sections along theroad and bridge project are much and dense,high fill embankment project along the bridgeand the service area are much,which make high fill embankment project wide,and theproject amount is large.In construction process, embankment settlement often cannot beassured to accord with the standard,and also buried hidden trouble with the project puttinginto operation.In order to meet the requirements of general principle of high quality, highsafety and economic and reasonable by national highway system, how to control largesettlement problem appeared in the high fill subgrade construction,and how to accuratelypredict the settlement after completion is very critical.According to the situation of k11+855~k13+600section of S6section of the secondhighway of Wuhan tianhe airport,combined with engineering hydrogeological conditionsand packing parameters measured by laboratory,the settlement of several typical sectionsare analyzed, and different curve fitting methods and FLAC3D numerical simulationmethod are used to calculated. Analysis of the forecasting settlement data,it can be seenthat high fill embankment project of S6section is in basicly stable state with8.6m fillingheight,and subgrade construction measures are taken effectively.Considering the measured data and simulated data,curve fitting method and FLAC3D numerical simulation method are analyzed and contrasted on the same project,it can beseen that the index curve method has a higher accuracy and smaller error,it’s more suitableto the actual situation of this project,and can be applied on different sections of other crosssection.In the settlement prediction of general embankment section of this project,the indexcurve method is applied for the global fitting and prediction,and in special sections of thekey position,FLAC3D finite difference method can be used for design and simulation,but all the related conditions must be considered,and be sure to make error value in thecontrolled range. Through the subgrade settlement fitting and analysis of typical section ofS6section,other similar high embankment engineering of the second highway of Wuhantianhe airport can be given more reference value. |
