In recent years,with the rapid development of highway construction in our country mountainous area road construction more and more,in the construction of roads in the mountains,for some special area to form through,with high embankment can reduce the damage to the surrounding ecological environment of engineering construction,make full use of surrounding coal mine and tunnel project of waste slag,thus achieve the purpose of protecting ecological environment and reduce the cost of the project cost.However,the amount of high fill embankment is very large,and the construction process is complex.After the embankment is constructed,after the repeated effect of long-term vehicle load and the impact of natural environmental force majeure,the embankment is prone to local settlement or even overall collapse,resulting in slope sliding instability and other diseases.Therefore,in the high fill embankment engineering,it is not easy to ignore the settlement of embankment,and it is of great practical significance to study the settlement deformation law of high fill embankment and predict the settlement after construction.In this paper,a high-fill embankment in a high-speed section of Fujian Province is taken as the research background.A reasonable material constitutive model is selected.A typical high-fill embankment analysis model is established by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The filling height,filler earth-rock ratio and embankment slope are selected.Based on the influencing factors such as foundation treatment method,the parameter sensitivity analysis of high fill embankment settlement problem is carried out.At the same time,the roller compaction construction process is discussed,and the deformation laws under different working conditions with different parameters are summarized.Then combined with the actual project,through the on-site hole position layout and real-time monitoring,the actual settlement data of the site was collected and collated;the physical parameters of the relevant materials were obtained through the on-site soil sample collection and indoor geotechnical test;the engineering entity model was established by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The stress and strain changes of the embankment and the settlement deformation law of the embankment are simulated and analyzed.The settlement and deformation law of high fill embankment is analyzed by comparing the measured settlement and simulation results.Finally,the grey system theory GM(1,1)and BP neural network are used to establish the settlement prediction model for the high-fill embankment.The advantages of the two prediction models are compared.The measured non-equal time monitoring data is processed by cubic interpolation.Then,a joint prediction model for high fill embankment settlement based on GM(1,1)-BP neural network is proposed.
