Most of ourstreets do not have a sense of enclosure, and urban form lacks a certain degree of globalorganization. In order to put some constraints on the street space and urban form, the planningdepartment of Shanghai formulated a number of laws and regulations to strictly limitcity Near-line Rate of the new urban area.Due to the lack of street open space, the high Near-line Rate ensures the streets’enclosure; to some extents, affect the vitality of the street to create. In the cities of theUnited States and other capitalist countries, you can find a lot of high city paste linerate, low street vitality instance. However, many of the famous streets also maintainedthe same great vigor, under the conditions of high paste line rate. Then, under the provisions of the Near-line Rate, how to keep the streets vitalitythrough the streets interface design practices? In this paper, I put effort into this issue by analyzing typical streets in the worldand studying many related theories. I mainly discussed two aspects: streets open-spaceinterface organization and the street architecture interface design. On the basis of thetheoretical study, I also completed the Bo Street interface design in the Expo Gardenbusiness area.
