| Under the background of inventory planning and refined management,the management of street interface is an important part of improving the quality of urban public space.As a quantitative parameter of street interface,"the near-line rate" has an important impact on urban landscape and public life.However,there are still some trubbles in current application,such as unclear concept and application conditions.Based on this,this study focuses on the concept and applicable conditions of "near-line rate ",and selects Tushan Road in Jiangning,Nanjing as a research case.Firstly,by combing the development process of the near-line rate at home and abroad,defines the research object from the perspective of subject and object,and clarifies the connotation and algorithm of the concept of the near-line rate.Secondly,through the summary of the existing relevant research,this paper summarizes the applicable conditions of the near-line rate in the theoretical level,including the applicable street type and the theoretical value range.Then,aiming at the Tushan Road in Jiangning,Nanjing,a typical case of the life service street,by using the method of model construction and video simulation,and taking the near-line rate and other relevant spatial characteristics as variables,to carry out public preference perception experiments at the level of plot and street.Finally,according to the experimental results,this paper summarizes the control and guidance requirements of the near-line rate from the perspective of public preference,which not only serves as a supplementary check for the theoretical value,but also provides basis for the control of the interface form along the Tushan Road.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1)the near-line rate is a quantitative index used to describe or evaluate the continuity of street wall.According to the different algorithms,it can be divided into two categories: "near-line rate for plot" and "near-line rate for street".2)The main applicable street types are commercial street and life service street,and the theoretical value ranges of the near-line rate are [75%,100%],[70%,100%].3)Based on the public preference,it is necessary to control the near-line rate for plot of Tushan Road by classification,that is,the recommended value range of the near-line rate for the solid interface plot with the near-line rate higher than 70% is [80%,90%],and the recommended value range for the virtual interface plot with the near-line rate lower than 70% is [50%,60%],and there are some differences in other control factors and indicators between the two types of plots.4)Based on the public preference,it is suggested that the near-line rate for street of Tushan Road is [57%,70%].5)Taking the detailed management and control ideas,specific control guidance requirements of the near-line rate for plot and recommended values of the near-line rate for street as the main content,the control and guidance chart of the near-line rate control for Tushan Road is formed.The paper contains about 59,000 characters and 93 illustrations(If there is no mark,it is selfmade). |
