The Study Of The Core Value System Of Three Waterfront In Ning Bo

After entering the late industrial period and the post-industrial,“Restructuring and development, improving the quality of the city, build-ingcharacter, improving the quality and competitiveness of urbanization” becomethe keywords of the current development. Factly, in the past half of a century,the re-construction and development of the waterfront project has been a keyproject of the urban waterfront renewal. Since the1990s, many areas,particularly cities in the eastern regions, focus on the redevelopment of urbanwaterfront, development and design sweeping waterfront cities in China.Factly, in the course of the development of many famous cities at home andabroad, the water and the formation of the city have been plagued. Waterfrontareas and urban spatial structure can be likened to the overall relationship of"flesh and blood-the skeleton". Then the integrity of the waterfront or theintegration of overall cognitive actually is an important exploration for lack ofcharacter in cities. It has great value for quality improvement and sustainabledevelopment of the city.Ningbo central city is located at the junction of the Yu yao River, Yongjiang River and Feng hua River. The entire city born along the Riverside, but inthe industrial age, increasing urban traffic, the spread of residentialdevelopment and industrial development destruct the waterfront. The structurebetween river and city is not clear, the value of waterfront decreases, Riversideis lack of reachability, public space is not continuous and Riverside Landscapeis flat etc. In this paper, based on the overall strategic planning of three riversareas, I apply the “investigate-analyse-summarize” measure to this typicalwaterfront, particularly focusing on the study of its core value system. Iconfirm the most critical, the dominant value factors, overall developmentstrategies and the definition of the thesis.
