Research On Optimization Strategies Of Ningbo CR Express Operation Based On Vensim

Ningbo-Europe International Class(hereinafter referred to as “Ningbo-Europe”)was officially launched in August 2014.Over the past four years,considerable progress has been achieved in terms of collecting capacity,operation frequency and management level.However,with the increasing workload,a series of operational problems and development dilemmas that need to be solved urgently emerge in the operation process.The main operational problems,such as high overall operating costs,are still high.Operating costs are still far greater than shipping costs.Organizational supply structure tends to be relatively single,the added profit of goods is not high,and low-value goods occupy the main share.There is disorderly competition in the queue area,excessive subsidies between different cities to strive for the supply of goods,and vicious competition trend.The main development dilemma is that the rise and operation of international queues in Central Europe can not be maintained without the vigorous efforts of the government.Advocacy and resource support,but in the long run,this excessive support and protection has become the weakness of China-EU Banliang’s inability to achieve market-oriented and international competitiveness.Although these problems and dilemmas exist relatively independently,the comprehensive view is still the lack of management caused by the management system not adapting to the complex international logistics environment.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and optimize the operating system.Based on a large number of relevant literatures,this study summarizes the domestic research on the development of China-European trains from both qualitative and quantitative aspects,and combines the literature and research results to analyze the key factors af fecting Ningbo China-European trains.The status quo of development is summarized from the aspects of operation management,source management and supporting facilities construction.Based on this,this study uses the system dynamics method to establish the simulation model of “Ningbo-Europe” based on Vensim software.Through simulation analysis,it puts forward feasible suggestions for the sustainable development of “Ningbo-Europe”: first,strengthen infrastructure and logistics construction to provide better operational security;second,deepen cooperation between Ningbo and countries along the route,Vigorously strengthen economic and trade cooperation,enrich the business function of the “Ningbo-Europe” class;thirdly,promote the whole process management innovation of the operation and service of the class,reduce the disorderly and vicious competition among the classes;Fourth,promote the operation and service of the class.Management innovation in the whole process,cultivating the main body of the operation management of the class,optimizing the mode of operation organization of the class,optimizing the class and structure of the two-way goods,and fostering differentiated services.canThrough this research,the aim is to improve the operation status of “Ningbo-Europe”,plan the development direction of “Ningbo-Europe”,promote the two-way investment cooperation between Ningbo and Central European countries,promote the construction of multi-modal international integrated hub port,and echo the “One Belt,One Road” national strategy.Need to promote the construction of the "port economic circle".
