In June2009, the State Council approved the "Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan." Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone jurisdiction over the seven cities and one districts in which Xi’an is the top in Sha’anxi and Gansu provinces,Xi’an listed the core city as the economic and cultural hub in West China,defined as a leading role city which has to lead international action,modern metropolis.Xi’an urban planning goal gradually build a national center of the city and a city which is full of historical and cultural characteristics of oriental cosmopolitan,and the cultural capital of the world.In this planning objective,the ministry of railways define Xi’an as one of railway hub in the six major national railway.According to the plan, the railway sector will take four measures to build the new northern link, expanding Xinfeng marshalling yard,build passenger dedicated line which is from Xi’an to Zhengzhou and renovation and expansion of the Xi’an Railway Station to make Xi’an become a truly rail hub.Xi’an Railway Station is located in the heart area of the old town in Xi’an.there are many traffic methods such as the coach station,bus stops, taxis and social vehicle parking are a large number of gathering at the train station.those traffic methods making the train station has become the region’s transportation hub.In the transport development plan of the twelfth five year plan,metro line4, Line7and line11will be built and through the train station,The elevated expressway which in the north of the er’ma road is interrupted by the Daming Palace Ruins Park,so the expressway will change the line planning.The Longhai line in Xi’an station in order to meet the growing of the passenger traffic volume is need to increase its number of the traffic line. whether it is serving the ground transportation road network or large capacity rail network showed significant accumulation features, these projects makes the Xi’an railway station with the development as a passenger complex foundation conditions.Xi’an Railway Station is a rather special position which is adjacent to Daming Palace ruins area,The Danfeng Gate of the Daming Palace Ruins Park is the opposite scene of the north square which is in planning of the Railway Station.The longhai Railway line not only caused the region in the urban space the separated but also difference in the north and south is very large in urban construction,therefore,this paper study and solve major problems which is how to build the train station Square and the transporting synthesis construction in the historical and cultural heritage surrounding environment and integration of the urban space in this areas to driven by the city’s economic construction.This article mainly study how to in the historic surroundings of the urban ruins region coordinated with transporting synthesis on urban space.Discusses the railway passenger station how to integrated of the urban space and How to create a complex space of the square in front of the passenger station in the historical context of Daming Palace.The paper analysis on Xi’an Railway Station area and give some suggestions on the north and south station square of the railway station, train passenger complex as well as the development of the surrounding area ruins.
