Modular hydraulic transporer is the flat panel transport vehicle for large object, ownpower, modular splicing, good interchangeability, and can adapt to the transportrequirements of large tonnage operations. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis andcomparison of the used status and development trend of the fully hydraulic drive modulartransporter at home and abroad, also focused on the electrical control system of themodular transporter, and combined with design requirements for MTE modular hydraulictransporter with power of some company, designed the electrical control product to meetthe technical requirements.According as the technical parameters of the modular transporter, introduced themechanical parts including the frame, suspension and rack gear steering mechanism, andanalyzed the principle of the hydraulic control system, consists of hydraulic drive, lift andsteering etc. With the task document of the plan, adopted modular design concept,designed the hardware configuration and general structure of the modular transporter’selectrical control based on CAN-BUS network and the electrical control programm basedon PROSYD software design platform, but also in the various functional modulesembedded the fault self-diagnosis device for real-time monitoring of the whole controlprocess to protect the safety of the vehicle run. At the same time, studied some of the keytechnologies’ control solutions in the electrical control process, such as vehicle speedcontrol, steering synchronization and electronic anti-skid system, single vehicle drivingcontrol and multi-vehicles collaboration.During the debugging and testing of the modular transporter’s electrical controlsystem, collected a large number data about the vehicle driving speed and steering ability.by analysis and comparison with the theoretical performance parameters, verified thecarrying capacity of the mechanical structure, the feasibility of hydraulic control systemand electrical control solutions respectively. |
