The electro-hydraulic servo system of the aircraft steering gear is a device which can simulate the performance of the steering gear under the laboratory condition of various air force loads during the flight.The system will be affected by the structural characteristics of the hydraulic system and the active motion of the actuator during the operation.The surplus force not only exists,but also seriously affects the control performance of the system.Therefore,how to overcome the surplus force existing in the electro-hydraulic servo system of the aircraft steering gear and study the control method suitable for the system has become urgent research subject in the field of China's civil aviation aircraft flight control.In this paper,according to the current research status of the electro-hydraulic servo system of the aircraft steering gear at home and abroad,firstly analyzing the working principle and structure of system,system components selection and technical parameters of the structure.Then,the mathematical model of valve controlled hydraulic cylinder,electro-hydraulic servo valve,rubber buffer spring and force sensor are established,the whole mathematical model of aircraft actuator electro-hydraulic servo system,and the force mechanism and characteristics are analyzed.Secondly,the feedforward compensation controller is designed by the combination of the optimal two times theory and the principle of structural invariance.Finally,the feedforward compensation controller in the system startup and small gradient loading two special cases,the extra force effect,using particle swarm optimization RBF neural network algorithm to design the feedback controller.Validating the feasibility and effectiveness of verify the conclusion through the computer simulation.
