City parks is not only an important part of the urban ecosystem, but also theimportance of daily activity space, exchange places, residents can easily enjoy thisnatural level of service reflects a livable city. However, the traditional evaluation ofurban green space only from "quantity" to measure, evaluate, for example, the rateof urban green space per capita green area parks, etc., do not reflect theconvenience of the residents arrived rationality and distribution park parkland.In this context, scholars have explored new indicators evaluate urban greenconstruction, made up of the concept of parkland, and the factors affecting theaccessibility of parks, build up evaluation methods, models. Among them, themethods used to evaluate the accessibility of parks main buffer analysis, proximitydistance, gravity model approach, travel cost method and network analysis.Network analysis to the main road network data, using GIS network analysisplatform parkland reachability analysis, compared to other methods, the analysisresults are more accurate and objective.For Nanshan District, Shenzhen, parks reachability analysis covers withinwalking distance of the overall analysis, all levels of park reachability analysis, thespatial distribution of reachability analysis, the streets parkland reachabilitycomparative analysis. Network analysis of the results showed that although thetraditional green Nanshan District evaluation to achieve a higher level, howeverslowly parkland accessibility but more general; improve road traffic conditions onthe one hand to improve the accessibility of motor vehicles, has greatly affected theslow reachability; western Nanshan District, is a major blind spot service, supplyand demand imbalances remained from the point of view of space.Problems in improving the accessibility parkland course had to face a highdegree of built Nanshan District, so there is no large-scale construction conditions.Only green space system from improving their own park, perfect road outside thecity as well as to guide the development of land-use planning aspects optimizationstrategy. First, the green itself, municipal parks and country parks may beappropriate expansion and the creation of the entrance; district level parks andcommunity park space layout is more flexible, but must be considered a balancedlayout. Secondly, road traffic is encrypted times a series of roads and the use ofgreenways major parks, etc., and create better conditions slowly improveaccessibility. Nanshan District, bus lines and high-density distribution of the sitemakes good public transport accessibility, for other cities learn from. Finally, inorder to solve the imbalance between supply and demand can be improved by guiding land use planning, give full consideration to the existing residential land,spatial layout of public service facilities. Update protective green become parklandin areas where conditions permit, to make the distribution imbalances.
