Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization process has been rapidly advanced,urban population has increased,and the scale of the city has continued to expand.Finding out the way to properly handle the relationship between man and nature and to solve the problems of environmental degradation and social equity in the process of urbanization has become a major focus of future development.The construction of urban parks not only can adjust the local ecological environment.improve the urban landscape,but also provide residents with places for outdoor activities and communication,improve the physical and mental health of residents.and strengthen the connection between residents,thus making the city cohesive and attractive and providing guarantees for the construction of urban politics and economy.The ecological garden city is the goal of all countries and regions of the world and also of China for urban construction.As the provincial capital of Shandong Province.Jinan's rational planning and construction of the urban park can play a good role in the demonstration of urban construction in Shandong Province and the entire middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.At the same time,ecological problems such as depletion of spring water and degraded mountain and desolation have occurred in Jinan.The proper planning and construction of urban parks may help solve existing ecological problems in Jinan and provide reference for other cities with similar problems as well.Existing studies on the accessibility of urban parks are mostly based on statistics and planning data,which leads to the poor timeliness of the study results.At the same time,the impact of the size of different parks and the population of the residential on accessibility is insufficient.Therefore,the article selects the main part of Jinan as the research object,using the AMAP point of interest searching,path planning and other services and WeCat city thermal data as the basic data,analyzing the time variation in days of part of the travel cost,and selecting the space barrier model.and the Huff model as models for the analysis of distribution of urban parks in Jinan.The research results show that:in the past ten years,the greening level of Jinan City has been continuously improved,and the park area has increased year by year;driving is the most time-saving way for residents to travel to the park and the advantage of cycling in short-time travel is obvious;taking the settlement as the starting point and the park as the destination,the travel cost from 8 to 10 and from 16 to 20 is the highest in the day,and is the lowest in the day from 12 to 14 and after 22:the accessibility in the central areas of Jinan Old Town.Changqing District and Zhangqiu District is relatively high,and the accessibility of settlements is reduced from three centers to the periphery;the transportation links between the three centers are not close enough,so that it is more difficult for residents to obtain park resources across the district;road conditions have an impact on the choice of settlements and the accessibility of urban parks:during the period of traffic congestion,the time cost of residents' travel increases,and the number of optional parks decreases;in the case of intearating indicators in different models,the center of highest accessibility is the center of Jinan Old Town,followed by Zhangqiu and Changqing,and in the northern part of the study area,Cui Zhai,Gaoguanzhai,Tang Wang,Sangwudian Town.Lingang and Yaoqiang streets are lack of both access to parks and parks with high qualities:the comprehensive accessibility level of the park in the old city is also high.There are more parks in the Zhangqiu area with poor accessibility,such as Baimaiquan Scenic Spot,Hushan Provincial Forest Park,etc.,Improving the accessibility of these parks can effectively improve the accessibility level of the entire region.Finally,the research puts forward suggestions for the existing problems of Jinan Park and traffic:first,it is necessary to increase the surrounding areas.especially the small green spaces and plazas in the newly allocated to central urban areas in the north.so that residents' need to take daily outdoor activities and leisure recreation can be met:secondly.it is necessary to improve the construction of public transportation lines and expressways,reduce the difficulty for residents to travel among districts,and at the same time,carry out all-round construction of junction areas,so that these areas can better serve as a link to the new and the old city;in view of the current situation of traffic congestion during peak hours.the government should promote walking.public transportation,cycling,and improve the maintenance of non-motor vehicle lanes and roadside green spaces;at the same time,the attractive parks are mainly concentrated in parks around the Rina City Park,which are seriously affected by traffic problems,further exacerbating traffic pressure in the region,so it's necessary to take measures to enhance the attractiveness and visibility of parks that are not congested.
