In the beginning, the evaluation of urban parkland just confined to urban green space rate and per capita green parks these two indicators, but that indicators can not meet the description of urban parks and urban residents state service area, often just an evaluation city Park overall service condition, which is not able to fully reflect the rationality of the residents of the city park and the city park specific use efficiency distribution.In this case, foreign scholars first proposed the new index in Parks accessibility, over time, the domestic scholars also aware of this new evaluation method is more able to reflect the full service health city park, have toward a lot of basic research in this direction.
