Study And Exploration Of The Construction Of Smart Commercial Districts

Driven by the trend of global informatization and the "Smart City"concept, the “Smart Commercial District Development Model” is broughtinto life, which has also become an important strategic approach to modernizecommercial districts. Presently, the construction of the smart commercialdistrict is still in its elementary stage, and there is no completed successfulcases can be the reference or consultation. Traditional construction model cannot provide the long-term protection and the room for future improvementwhich the smart commercial district needs. And that is why that, the studyingand exploration of the construction model for the smart commercial districtshows incomparable importance during this period of time. On one hand, itcan help to explore the future of smart cities in their developing direction, andconstructional and operational model which can also provide strong factualgrounds of argument for the development of smart cities. On the other hand, itcan be a new force for the development of related industries in the same district,improve the integration of industrialization and informatization in the district,and drive the quality of the operational management and public services in thedistrict into a higher standard.Where this dissertation stands, is the comer of a builder who would also bean operation officer of the smart commercial district, we will start by focusingon the whole life circle of the construction of smart commercial district whilefollowing the fundamental requirement of being driven by innovation anddeveloping by change. Our goal is to build a construction model of the smartcommercial district that inherit the concept of ‘an intensively builtinfrastructure, wildly shared basic resources, preplanned application guidance, and an open platform ruled by the choice made by market’.We build up the top level design of the smart commercial district, uponwhich we will systematically deliver the construction mentality of the podiumlevel and the network level. To meet the traits of the podium level, we willbuild a theoretical model and establish a platform resolution based on Cloudstructure; to match the concept of the network level, after analyzing andcomparing multiple intensity technique plans, we will build a network levelstructure plan which suits the SCD; and last but not least, to demonstrate thepracticability of the plan established in this dissertation, we will come up apractical plan for phrase one using a newly built district as the sample.
