Research On Exterior Space Design Of Urban Pedestrian Commercial District Under Rapid Urbanization

Under the background of rapid urbanization,China's economy has developed rapidly,people's material living standards have improved significantly,and lifestyles have changed rapidly.The commercial space has also begun to change gradually,presenting spatial diversification and complex spatial patterns.China is in a stage of rapid urban development.Many cities are in large-scale construction,and many successful commercial projects have also emerged.The facts have proved that a successful pedestrian commercial street project not only attracts local residents,but also attracts foreign tourists,creates a good image for the city,and drives the development of the city.At present,many small and medium-sized cities have begun to build urban pedestrian commercial districts that contain their own urban characteristics.However,because of the excessively rapid development of theory and practice,the level of pedestrian street construction is also uneven.Some pedestrian commercial districts overlook their external space and cities.The relationship between the interface and the historical,cultural and regional cultural characteristics of the commercial district do not take into account the real needs of the people.Even the external space of some neighborhoods has problems such as traffic chaos and inadequate public facilities.In general,the external space layout pattern,spatial sequence,street and street plaza scale,humanization,and feature cultural shaping of the city's pedestrian commercial blocks need to be further improved.These problems,due to different stages of development of commercial buildings at home and abroad,China's national conditions and cultural background are not the same,there is no ready answer.Therefore,this paper tries to analyze the problems and development trends of pedestrian commercial districts in China in the context of rapid urbanization.Combining the study of human activities and external space,and combining the research case studies of outstanding pedestrian commercial districts in China,try to study the city's pedestrian business.The design strategy of the outer space of the neighborhood.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.It elaborates the research background and research content of the dissertation,and summarizes the domestic and foreign previous research results.Then it proposes the purpose and significance of this research,and summarizes the framework of the full-text paper.The second chapter analyzes the rapid urbanization and the development of urban pedestrian commercial districts.First,the relevant concepts are elaborated.Secondly,the development history of urban pedestrian commercial districts is summarized from two perspectives within the country.Then,the rapid urbanization and urban pedestrian commercial districts are analyzed.In the end,the current status of China's urban pedestrian commercial districts was analyzed.In the third chapter,the external spatial factors and categories of urban pedestrian commercial districts were first summarized,followed by questionnaires and human behavioral psychology to the behavior of people in pedest rian commercial districts.The activities were studied,and the exterior space design principles for pedestrian commercial districts were proposed.The fourth chapter is the subject of the study of this paper.Based on the previous text,four design strate gies for the exterior space of pedestrian commercial street districts were proposed,from the spatial layout,spatial order and humanity.To design and create cultural features The design strategy is discussed;the fifth chapter is an in-depth analysis of the four successful pedestrian commercial districts in terms of spatial layout,spatial order,humanized design,and cultural characteristics.The comparative analysis summarizes the common factors of success.Finally,it is a practical project that the au thor participates in to demonstrate the practical significance of theoretical research,thus embodying the double meaning of the topic in theory and practice.
