The Design And Simulation Research Of ABS Dynamik Simulation Bench

Automotive actual road test is sometimes necessary in a state of high-speed, if the driveroperates improperly, it’s prone to be dangerous.Besides, limited by geographical and seasonconditions, it’difficult to carry out test on those conditions, such as the pavement with frozen iceand snow, or differences pavements tests. Against restrictions on the experimental conditions, wepropose to design an ABS dynamic simulation test bench which based on electromechanicalhybrid simulation technology and be able to basically complete ABS performance test.First, through the analysis of wheel movement and vehicle movement during braking, thedynamic simulation principle of the test bench was obtained and dynamic simulation program ofthe test bench was putted forward. In Chapter III of this paper, a dynamic simulation against theprogram was conducted, the results of the simulation are almost consitent with the vehicle speed&wheel speed curve during ABS working state, which prove that it’s feasible theoretically fordynamic simulation test bench.According to auto ABS performance test requirements,an ABS dynamic simulation testbench which take the Santana2000GSI braking system as the research object and the computercontrol system as the core was designed.It is mainly composed by two parts,vehicle speedsimulation system as well as motor sports inertia wheel braking force simulation system.This subject use the virtual instrument software LabVIEW, which have a powerfulmonitoring and control function, as a development tool and take simulation tests the vehiclespeed&wheel speed changes during ABS working state as the goal,to design the test and controlprogram of the system. After debugging, the tests show that the ABS dynamic simulation testbench that this project developed can meet the different road conditions (adhesion coefficient)vehicle speed&wheel speed change simulation testing during the ABS working state.
