In the tunnel excavation process,because of its strong anti-pollution ability and high working efficiency,the full-face boring machine has a wide range of applications in tunnel boring with complicated working environment,reliable performance and sTable operation.however,disc cutter of the disc of TBM,as a direct part of the rock cutting,easily damages in a complex work environment,its damage is not easy to predict because of the lack of a perfect mathematical stress model.Therefore,disc hob mainly rely on the existing experience to carry out research and development.In this paper,setting up TBM disk-type hob rock breaking test bench based on the simulation method carry on the simulation experiment,that provides reference for the model optimization and optimum design of the disk hob.For the main part of TBM disc rock breaking test bench,first of all,according to the actual cutting conditions of the hob,the technical requirements of the test stand are given,and the overall design of the test stand is designed;According to the design scheme,the overall mechanical structure model of the test bench is esTablelished by using Solid Works 3D modeling software,and the main parts such as rock sample base,vertical guide and hob are introduced separately;At last,the static test of the whole test bench is carried out,the stress cloud and strain cloud of the whole test bench are obtained,and the safety and feasibility of the design are confirmed.For the part of hydraulic control system of TBM disc rock breaking test bench,first of all,according to the action requirements of the test bench,we design the vertical,longitudinal and horizontal hydraulic control circuit of the test bench;Secondly,in order to verify the feasibility,we use the AMESim system simulation software to build the simulation model of the three loops,and give their respective dynamic response curves under the input signal to verify the feasibility of the hydraulic circuit.The paper about the experimental study of the disc-type cutter force characteristics is mainly under different experimental conditions disc cutter cutting rock subjected to force theoretical and experimental study.The paper firstly studies the cutting factors that affect the rock breaking force of the hob,such as penetration and cutting speed,and carry on the theory research and the analysis to it;Granite is used as experimental material to study the force of disk hob under different penetrating degrees and different cutting speeds,the experimental datas obtained are analyzed and sorted out,we get the general conclusion of stress situation of disc hob cutting hard rock,which provides theoretical support for model optimization and optimum design of disc hob. |
