Design And Simulation Of The Dynamitc Test Bench For The High Speed Train Rubber Windshield

High-speed rail system is a highly complex huge project,involving multiple areas of high and new technology.Among them,as one of the four major train end connection technology,the rubber windshield can improve the aerodynamic characteristics of vehicles,reduce noise,enhance the riding comfort.Study of rubber windshield test device at home and abroad is relatively rare.For this situation,this article has carried on the high-speed train rubber windshield dynamic test rig design and research work,in order to get the life parameters by durability test before the loading of rubber windshield.The main content of the paper is as follows:1.Access to a large number of related literature at home and abroad,to have deep understanding of the high-speed train rubber windshield at home and abroad.2.Design and mechanism research.Including the access to the domestic highspeed railway on the construction of national standards,the line exists in the minimum radius of the curve section,the maximum slope section and the S-curve section of the size of the data,calculated and analyzed the rubber end of the train through the corresponding road section Deformation,to provide the basis for the design of the test bed,and according to the different movement of the train state,set the test bench has the motor function.3.Build the three-dimensional modeling with the help of the software Pro / E for the specific structure design,including the lateral,longitudinal and vertical motion mechanism and rotation mechanism,power plant and the calculation in the selection of standard parts.After that,the strength check carried out on the key mechanical parts,in view of the phenomenon of stress concentration,use the local structure optimization methods to reduce stress concentration.4.Use the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS to do the kinematics simulation,the simulation results show that the test run smoothly,velocity and acceleration characteristics is good,there is no interference phenomenon,to verify the rationality of structure design.The application of the high-speed train rubber windshield dynamic test bench,we can do the complete structure durability test before the loading,and get the life related parameters,which can improve the production process,providing a basis for the daily maintenance,maintenance and replacement,and improve the safety of train operation.
