The aircraft manufacturing process is complicated and dynamic system engineering withmuch data. Quality is the core requirements of aircraft manufacturing process, To establish anefficient, orderly, strict aircraft assembly process quality control system is a reliable guaranteeof the quality of aircraft assembly. Based on the actual situation of the aircraft manufacturingenterprise, this paper research design and implement the quality management system of theaircraft assembly process.This paper first analyzes the aircraft assembly process introduce the Manufacturingexecution System which is close to the management of aircraft assembly. and then analysesthe characteristics of the aircraft assembly process quality control, it get classification of thequality elements involved in quality management activities of the aircraft assembly process.Finally give the overall demand for aircraft assembly quality management based on the actualsituation.Because of the aircraft assembly process involves many quality factors which havecomplex relationship; this paper focuses on research quality BOM as the core quality database carrier. Research the evolution from full configured MBOM to the separated MBOM,design the AO data structure for quality control. Clarify the central role of AO in assemblyquality control; finally give the formation path of the single separated MBOM.In order to achieve strict control and quality closed-loop for aircraft assembly process,there are three process control methods in this paper; there are also some examples which arethe several core quality management elements ihiesisn the aircraft assembly process.
