Nowadays,with the increasingly fierce market competition,customers'demand for products presents a personalized development trend.The traditional large-scale equipment manufacturing enterprises have broken the traditional mass production mode.The enterprises themselves only retain high value-added business,such as complete set design,whole machine assembly and production of core components.In the production of core components,enterprises adopt the production mode of small batches according to customer needs.The quality control in.the production process of core components has a decisive influence on the assembly quality and the whole machine quality.In the process of small batch manufacturing,the traditional Statistical Process Control method is difficult to apply directly.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of quality control in small batch manufacturing process of SG Company,analyses the manufacturing process of key parts which affect the final product quality and the source of process error,and summarizes the problems existing in the quality control of small batch manufacturing process of core self-made parts.Then,aiming at the problems raised,the quality control scheme of blade small batch manufacturing process is designed and constructed,that is,the virtual sample production model is constructed.Through computer aided manufacturing,appropriate virtual samples are produced,and the quality status reflected by the virtual samples is used to study the actual product quality.Improve and design the quality control method of small batch production process,change the traditional ex post inspection to the quality control in the process of processing,effectively avoid waste and save time.Designing the overall quality control scheme of the enterprise,providing different quality control schemes for different stages of quality problems.In view of the actual situation of the enterprise,the appropriate scheme is selected to realize the effective control of the quality of the product manufacturing process.Finally,the key quality characteristic parameters of blades are selected and the virtual production model is applied to enlarge the sample data.By obtaining enough quality characteristic data,the quality control chart of production process is drawn and analyzed.In the case of less fluctuation of quality data,the improved CUSUM control chart is further used for quality control.When the change of quality characteristics is found,the proposed process quality control scheme and rectification measures are put forward.Compared starting from the reality of the paper,Through the practice investigation and analysis,the problems and difficulties existing in the small batch manufacturing process of specific enterprises are analyzed,and the solutions to the problems are put forward,and the solutions are designed.It has strong practicality In this paper,a virtual product generation model based on maximum entropy is proposed by analyzing the statistical law of actual production process.Using computer aided manufacturing technology to produce virtual collectivity,The quality status reflected by the virtual sample sampling is used to study the actual product quality.Thus,the problem of process quality control in small batch manufacturing mode can be solved.In this paper,a virtual product generation model based on maxmum entropy is proposed by analyzing the statistical law of actual production process.This paper also designs a suitable quality control scheme.Based on the analysis of process quality control strategy of small batch manufacturing system,the reactive quality control scheme and preventive quality control scheme are designed and constructed for the emergenceand development of quality problems.It is pointed out that more reactive quality control methods should be adopted in the inspection of outsourced parts.Reactive quality control scheme should be adopted in the small batch manufacturing process of blades of core self-made parts.It enables the scheme to react quickly to the quality problems occurring in the manufacturing process.The impact on the system operation process is minimized.We would take the current quality inspection in the small batch manufacturing process of enterprises one step forward.The post-accident quality inspection is the quality control in the event.Effective quality control during production and processing.Effectively improve the efficiency of production and manufacturing process.
