Research On The Technology Of Process Quality Control And Its Application In Electromotor Manufacturing

With the rapid development of technology and the accelerating ofglobal economic integration, the competition environment inmanufacturing industry has been changed radically. Product quality playsa key role to share market accordingly, so how to improve quality receivesincreasing attention by most scholars at home and abroad, also by manyenterprises. Process quality is the most important section of qualityformation during manufacturing process. The control of process qualitynot only keeps the products manufactured steadily, but also optimizes thedesign and fabrication technology of the product by analyzing andcontrolling the quality state.Through the analysis of the controlling technology of the product'sprocess quality, combining with the traits of electric machines' qualitycontrol, this paper mainly researches on the process quality control andoptimization in electrical machine, using QFD and process control chart orother methods to control the manufacture quality of electrical machine.Based on the above and combined with the project of ZheJiang province,the theory is applied to electric machine's process quality control system,which runs well.The main research works shows as follows: (1) Discuss a series of basic conception such as quality control, SPC,QFD and inspection plan and analyze the situation of SPC at home andabroad.(2) According to the evolution and mapping of the technical elementand considering quality characteristic and cost factor synchronously, asimplified successive HOQ of electric machine can be constructed. Theoptimization of product profit margin is applied to obtain optimumcompetitive evaluation factor.(3) In view of the phenomena that the correlativity exists among thequality characteristics and autocorrelation possesses in itself, here adoptstechnical control chart to analyze and control the critical processes basedon the SPC of electric machine manufacturing.(4) On the base of the research, here develops the electric machineprocess quality control system, and expatiates the system of thedevelopment platform, the overall frame and the main functions. Thesystem runs well basically while putting into operation.
