| City, as a center of politics economy and culture in a certain region, reflects the radiantand leading role of the region and a strong bearing role--that can bear the populationaggregation effect brought by the urbanization. So, the principal mission of countryconstruction is to ensure the coordination and improvement of urban functions, as well as theurban efficient operation. On the other hand, as the development of social and economic,people are no longer satisfied the basic functions, but enjoy an increasingly high demand ofthe spirit, such as recreation, leisure and cultural activities. While the scenic area is exactlythe functional carrier to meet these needs. But the traditional scenic areas can hardly meet theneeds of people, because of the long distance away from cities, and travel inconvenience.Meanwhile, there are lots of limitation for their own service facilities\activity contents, so thatit is not easy to be match well. Therefore, there is an effective way-make combination ofscenic area and cities and build scenic cities-to resolve these contradictions.However, the city and the scenic spots are couples of a contradiction in the features,function, imagination and other aspects; and there is a huge difference between thespecifications and the design methods during designing the two. How to make consolidation,integration, and constitution of the couple of contradiction into a harmonious unity, is the keyof building the scenic cities.This paper is based on the study of the property attributes of the scenic city, taking thethought of harmony and integration as the mainline, starting from the main problems existingin Yan’an City, exploring the construction methods for Yan’an as a scenic city. And at last itproposed the overall constructing strategy of dredging the central, making outward expansion,putting the landscape into the city, and the integrated approach of connecting the city with thelandscape, and putting the landscape into the city. |
