As a tourism province,Jiangxi Province is a place which possess a large number of high scenic mountain spots,receives hundreds of millions of visitors each year.However,the scenic mountain spot is also a high incidence area of mountain flood disaster,thus,how to effectively prevent the torrential disasters,minimize the casualties and property losses,avoid the occurrence of the crowd casualties is an subject which urgent need to study.Relying on the survey “Based on GIS and RS of Lushan Mountain Scenic Area ”,this paper,select lushan scenic area,Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Prov as the research object,on the basis of field investigation,combined with the collected data,through the ArcGIS's powerful spatial analysis ability,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to assess and plan the scope of the study area's mountain flood disaster risk,the conclusion is as follows:1?According to the field exploration,the study area has collected a total of 64 samples of mountain flood disaster points,including 50 landslide disasters,16 collapse disasters,2 debris flow disasters and 2 stream floods disaster(multiple disasters occur simultaneously in part of the sample point).Study on the structure and internal factors of areas where the mountain flood disasters occurred,it can be concluded that the flood disaster is mainly affected by rainfall,slope,slope direction,elevation,fracture structure,vegetation,density of disaster point and other factors.Through the distribution of disaster points,we found that the more frequent the activities of the people in the study area,the higher frequency of the mountain flood disaster.The number of torrential disasters in Shimenjian River system is more than that of the other water systems,and has a wider range of distribution,mountain flood disasters on the top of the mountain are more than that of mountain torrents.2?Based on the research and analysis of the development characteristics and distribution rules of mountain torrents in Mount Lu scenic area,from the three angles of inducing factors,forming factors and growth factors,10 risk assessment indicators for mountain torrents have been selected reasonably.Then,based on the Arc GIS platform,has completed the evaluation index extraction and the corresponding layer generation,Then used AHP model to evaluate the risk of torrential flood,and divided the research area into high-risk areas,middle risk areas,low risk areas and extremely low risk areas.3?Vulnerability assessment in order to highlight the social attributes of mountain scenic spots and consider the index quantification,this paper selects tourist attractions,mountain road,mountain road,tourist routes and building five factors,and then combined with the AHP model,Then,combined with the analytic hierarchy model,ArcGIS's grid calculator is used to divide the vulnerable area: high vulnerability zone,middle vulnerable area,low vulnerability area and extremely low vulnerability area.4.Risk assessment and zoning are based on risk assessment and vulnerability assessment.Risk assessment and zoning are carried out by using ArcGIS grid multiplying function based on risk calculation model.Then use the known investigation to test The zoning map,the test results show that the flood disaster point is highly consistent with risk zoning map,also confirmed from the side of the risk assessment model and risk zoning map generation in this paper conforms to the actual situation,it has high reliability.5?The results of the zoning showed that the high risk area accounted for 1.44% of the total area.The high risk area is mainly distributed in the mountain top and most of the scenic spots,and the middle risk area accounts for 15.06% of the total area.The risk area is mainly distributed in the top part of Mount Lu,most of the mountain roads,a few scenic spots,near the downtown area of Jiujiang City,and the foot of the hill town of Saiyang Town,Jiujiang County.The low risk area accounts for 39.01% of the total area.The low risk areas are mainly located in the area around the foot of the mountain,and the extremely low risk area accounts for 44.49% of the total area.Extremely low risk areas are mainly located at the top of the Mount Lu and in the middle of the foot of the mountain.
