Modern Garden City Perspective Of New Urban Areas Spatial Structure

China is in a period of rapid urbanization， the growing scale of the urban populationand economic development is the driving force of the construction of new urban.Theconstruction of the new city in the United States and Europe than our early start，accumulated a lot of experiences and lessons learned. New construction in China is still inthe initial exploratory stage， the lack of research in the new district spatial structure layoutand form a systematic summary and targeted analysis. On the basis of summing up thedomestic and international experience in the planning and construction of new district forlarge cities around the region with a comprehensive， independent of new urban areas， inNew Area spatial structure characteristics， proposed new district spatial structureoptimization methods.Based on the above background， the paper systematically describes the theoreticalbackground of the formation of the modern garden city，the essence of the theory，TheoryResearch at the same time， the spatial structure of new urban areas is analyzed and studiedsystematically. Theory of modern garden city and the new Space Structure Theory-based，in-depth to explore the relationship of the modern garden city with the new urban space，summed up the modern garden city theoretically significant space planning for the newdistrict， the new district space and modern garden city most intuitive display window.
