Research On The Spatial Organization Of Dense Urban Areas Around Mount Tai

Regional coordinated development is the main direction of urban-regional development in the new era.The development plans of Jinan,Tai’an and other development plans have made arrangements for the cooperation and co-construction of the two cities.With the construction of Jinan Prior Zone For Replacing Old Growth Drivers With New Ones,the merger of Laiwu in Jinan,being national strategies of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin,around Mount Tai district with Jinan as the center ushers in new development opportunities.In this context,taking Jinan(including Laiwu)and Tai’an security areas as the research scope,this paper puts forward the concept of spatial organization of the city-and-town concentrated area around Mount Tai,in order to supplement the research of regional spatial development,and provide support for the development of urban construction.Based on the basic theory of spatial integration,spatial structure and function law of urban agglomeration,the research systematically combs the development process,main research contents,organization mode and specific practice of spatial organization at home and abroad.This paper uses the knowledge and research methods of geography and urban planning,analyzes the current situation of social and economic,the characteristics of spatial structure and the influencing factors in the city-and-town concentrated area around Mount Tai.Through the adoption of qualitative and quantitative methods,the characteristics of social and economic development are described from 5 aspects: economic development,industrial structure,population and urbanization,ecological basis and transportation system;the spatial structure characteristics of county region are studied by means of fractal dimension,population flow analysis and social network analysis;taking town as a unit to build the index system of comprehensive level,the distribution of development level,spatial development difference and spatial correlation are analyzed by using weighted sum method,Theil index and spatial autocorrelation;the factors influencing the spatial development of city-and-town concentrated area around Mount Tai are analyzed from 6 aspects: natural environment,industry innovation,history and culture,strategy planning,policy and traffic conditions.Finally,this article advances the ideas of spatial organization optimization from the perspective of spatial integration,studies the implementation path of city-and-town concentrated area around Mount Tai.The research shows: the change of economic growth in the city-and-town concentrated area around Mount Tai is consistent with that of Shandong province and higher than the average level of the whole province;industrial structure continues to be optimized,the proportion of service sector continues to rise,and the industrial structure of internal counties and urban areas is highly similar;the growth trend of the permanent resident population has remained basically stable,the urban grading system is relatively sound,urbanization has maintained steady growth;the ecological foundation is sound,water system and landform type are rich;the transportation system forms a transportation network with Jinan as the center and expressway and railway as the framework,the expressway length and transportation capacity have been continuously enhanced.The spatial structure is characterized by fractal,showing strong centripetal distribution and correlation;urban spatial connection is strong,forming a dense population flow and enterprise interaction;The overall spatial structure has the trend of network development,shows obvious core-edge and circle characteristics in the form of spatial structure,forms the structure mode of " hub-and-spoke + group-like " composed with multi-level nodes;there are great variations in the developing level of towns,and two obvious high level blocks are formed in the south of Tai’an and the north of Jinan,the spatial distribution of towns has positive correlation,spatial clustering is mainly high value clustering and low value clustering.Multiple factors affect spatial structure,physical environment,policy and traffic conditions have obvious influence on the regional spatial development.The research suggests: based on the principle of high quality development,integration and collaborative development,multi-center and network,the spatial organization optimization is constructed the internal spatial structure of "one nucleus and three poles,one core and two corridors,three axes and two belts,four groups",form the outer metropolitan area development space with the city-and-town concentrated area around Mount Tai as the core area.It is suggested to advance the implementation of space organization by establishing a unified regional coordinated development mechanism,planning and building an integrated rail transit network around Mount Tai,fostering regional characteristic innovation network and promoting the layout of industrial integration network,promoting regional integration through tourism.
