After years of developing, the industrial garden area has become an important economic growth pole of landscape type city, and made great contributions to the industrialization and urbanization of landscape type city. Currently, under the context of rapid industrialization, the industrial garden area has become a dominant force in the evolution of spatial structure of landscape type city. But in the evolution many problems have emerged, such as ecological damage, irrational land use structure, etc. Therefore, take the affect that industrial garden area impact on landscape type city in urban spatial structure evolution as a research object, by dynamic study of evolution impact factor and the influence of results, this paper aims to find the rational development path that industrial garden area impact on the spatial structure evolution of landscape type city.This paper reviews the theoretical development of domestic and foreign and points out that current research in this field still have some deficiencies.Through the analysis of urban spatial structure evolution of landscape type city, the result shows that the evolution of urban spatial structure factors both for general factors and special factors, then summed up the basic performance forms of landscape type city's spatial structure evolution that multiple factors influenced. And found that landscape type city under the context of rapid industrialization has the biggest change in spatial structure, however, rapid industrialization reflected on the space is the increasing expansion space of the industrial garden area. Based on this, the paper gives a detail analysis on the spatial structure evolution of landscape type city that effect by the industrial garden area. And construct the multi-dimensional impact factor system back on the changes of the time dimension (Z axis), horizontal space impact factor (X axis) and vertical space impact factor (Y-axis).The time dimension impact factors including the beginning development stage of industrial garden area, the rapid development stage of industrial garden area and the stable development stage of industrial garden area; Horizontal space impact factors including location, industry concentration, planning and construction, transportation, the choice of leading industry; vertical space effect factors including Shan-shui density, and Shan-shui connectivity degree. Based on this, the paper analyzed the general development path of the location, construction planning and the impact factor of transport three horizontal, and puts forward the general development path optimization method. The paper studies the city of Huangshan industrial garden area in urban spatial structure evolution of the city of Huangshan in appendix, through the investigation, analysis and research on the city of Huangshan, combining the text writing, the author deepen the understanding of this field and awake the significance of the study in this area.
