| There are a lot of problems about domestic towns and villages settlementsplanning and constructing. Planners and architects seldom put the factors affected bybio-climate conditions into the planning. The Guanzhong area is no exception.Therefore it needs to improve theories of towns and villages settlements planning inGuanzhong area from the perspective of bio-climate conditions to guide the practice.The proposition of this paper is put forward.Firstly， analyzing domestic and foreign theoretical research and practiceactivities to summarize current theories and methods of dealing with bio-climateconditions. And then provide a theoretical basis for the pattern research of this paper.Secondly, on the basis of combining bio-climate conditions，analyzing both ruralsettlements and residential building evolution and characteristics in Guanzhong area，and summarizing its merits and shortcomings as one of the reference to patternresearch of towns and villages settlements planning. On the basis of theoreticalresearch, doing field research about the typical rural settlements，and analyzing theproblems that towns and villages settlements planning does not adapt to the bio-climate conditions. At last, on the basis of the theoretical basis and research problemsthat mentioned in the preceding，do pattern research about rural residential planningfrom following five aspects：village scale and site selection，planning layout，residential selection，environmental landscape and infrastructure planning.In this study, the research object is the towns and villages settlements inGuanzhong area. The purpose of the study on the biological effect of climaticconditions on the towns and villages settlements planning is gradually improving thetheoretical research of it. Explore towns and villages settlements planning model toprovide design methodology and strategy for reference. So the harmoniousdevelopment of the society, nature and economy in Guanzhong can be betterpromoted. And the new rural construction level would be further improved. |
