Energy, as a powerful support for the development of the country, its security tends to rise to the national strategic level, it directly affect the economic and social stability. At present, the traditional fossil energy is depleted, countries in the world are increasing efforts to develop new energy and how to use of renewable energy to achieve economic sustainable development is the hotspot and focus the attention of all countries in the world. On the other hand, the coal-fired heating has become the main cause of haze in the winter heating area.As a result, the countries all over the world have stepped up their steps to explore the way of the renewable energy efficient development and utilization, so as to seek for the new development opportunity. Accelerating the development and utilization of renewable energy, is the fundamental way and inevitable choice of China’s energy development.At present, heating energy consumption of North China accounts for about the total energy consumption of urban buildings, and is the biggest component of building energy consumption. Improve the comfort and energy saving of residential towns is one of the important contents of the new rural sustainable living environment.. Regenerative solar heating technology is a more effective way to solve the life in the villages and towns.In this paper, the actual situation of solar energy utilization in Guanzhong region is investigated, and the mode of utilizing solar energy in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi is discussed. Basing on the geography, climate and economic conditions of Guanzhong, the principle and design method of the flat plate solar collector is analyzed. In addition to,the typical rural house is designed the heating system and analyzed the feasibility.This study can help improve the indoor environment quality and heat comfort in rural areas and have practical significance.
