With the prosperity of our country, the construction industry is also have madegreat progress and remarkable achievements to become a pillar industry of the nationaleconomy. The quality of management is the key and core of the project management,and it is also the key link to enhance the core competitiveness of China’s constructionenterprises. During the development process of the construction industry, in order topursuing to the maximize efficiency, the construction speed is growing fast, but thequality of the project management has become increasingly lax, which led to frequentquality accident. So the quality of the project has become the focus of attention, thesefactors all contributed to promote the project managers and researchers to research thethe theoretical and practical aspects of the management and control of the quality ofhousing construction projects.This article first introduced the quality and housing construction project qualitymanagement and controlling theory, based on learning these material and combiningwith the actual situation and practical experience, the factors that affected the qualitymanagement projecta was summarized and make recommendations based on variousquality management theory, Finally, by using actual housing projects, the theoreticalmethod was putted into the operation of the quality management and controlling forthe actual problems of the project quality, meantime described the theoreticalmethodsapplication steps and the effectiveness of real quality management,which wasthe real practice of qualify management and controlling theory applied to the practiceof housing projects.There are still many areas worth exploring in management and controlling of thequality for the housing construction projects and also the quality management methods are constantly improving during the process and progress with the times.I hope thispaper could provide a method for the quality management for the project, andimproved by the practice...
