In recent years,the national emission standards and fuel consumption regulations are b ecoming more and more strict.The combined use of direct injection technology in cylinder of gasoline engine and turbocharging technology has good performance in economic,dyna mic and low emissions,and it has gradually become the mainstream trend of engine develop ment.Based on the sensor samples provided by the enterprise,the fuel pressure sensor is desi gned on the premise of meeting the requirements of domestic enterprises;at the same time,a convenient,stable and universal fuel pressure sensor detection system based on LabVIEW development environment is designed.First of all,the important role of fuel pressure sensor in GDI system is expounded,and the overall design plan of sensor is put forward according to the requirements of enterprises.Secondly,the internal structure of the sensor is designed through the systematic analysis of the working principle of the fuel pressure sensor,including the selection of the pressure mo dule and the design of the sensor structure.and the software UG is used to design the intern al structure of sensors.Thirdly,according to the overall design idea of the detection system,the design of the hardware and software parts of the fuel pressure sensor detection system is completed.The hardware part includes gas circuit connection and circuit design,and the so ftware part is the programming of LabVIEW which including five modules: initialization ar ea,signal acquisition area,signal processing and display area,result recording area and data query area.Finally,completed the establishment of the detection system,and set up a comp arative test to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the system.The test results show that the design of the fuel pressure sensor and the design scheme of detection system proposed in the paper have achieved the expected purpose,and it can c omplete the multi class sensor detection process.It has strong generality and practicability,and can meet the requirements of oil pressure sensor production detection in the enterprise.
