Quality And Risk Management Research Of Baisha-Zhuangjin Interchange Project In Nanning

Interchange project is a large public welfare municipal project. Because it has bigger social effect, higher investment and technical difficulty, the quality of project is very important. How to evaluated and identified the risk of project and made prevention scheme previously has important significance. In this paper, quality control and risk management of Baisha-zhuangjin interchange project were researched according to theory and method of project management to improve manage standard of project. This research also would provide many valuable experiences to similar municipal projects in the future.Firstly, the research background and significance of paper were described. Secondly, situation, team construction and management organization structure of project were introduced and analyzed. Thirdly, quality effect factors and quality control of project were analyzed and researched according to theory and method of project management. Fourthly, risks of project in the future were analyzed. The prevention measures were proposed. Finally, the author made conclusion and proposed many suggestion.
