Risk Analysis Of The Construction Project Of Nanning Sports And Leisure Park

This article identifies and analyzes the risk factors in the construction project of Nanning sports and leisure park with the methodologies such as expert assessment. Based on the analysises on project background, preconditions and deliverables, as well as the research on project benefit, policy risk, financial risk, market risk, environment risk and management risk are identified as risk factors. The risk analysis shows that the financial risk and environment risk are the top risks, and there is certain risk from the market. According to the principles of project management, corresponding risk mitigation actions are also proposed.
