Research On Project Post-Evaluation Of Hydropower Construction Projects

As a special part of the whole project management, post-project evaluation plays an important role during the management. However, the development of project post-evaluation of hydropower construction is still in the preliminary stage, there are few authoritative research results on related theories, methods or index.This research first introduce the related definitions about project post-evaluation, the purposes of researches and the development at home and abroad, and next analysis the current methods and index of project post-evaluation, then put forward more scientific and reasonable project post-evaluation methods for hydropower construction according to the characteristics of hydropower construction and the present conditions of project post-evaluation. What’s more, the author complemented and perfected the project post-evaluation index based on the present index system by adding sensitivity analysis index into the national economy post-evaluation, dividing financial evaluation index into three categories with further instructions and dividing the Migration Settlements post-evaluation into immigration life and production to construct a new index model of hydropower projects post-evaluation. The method of expert investigation is applied to evaluate the weight of this index system, and analytic hierarchy process, group-decision method to calculate the weight of each layer. At last author empirically analyzed the Guangxi Zuojiang Shanxiu hydropower project and post-evaluated this project with the new index and the index model turned out to be Scientific and practical.
