| In the current power industry,the government monopolized the segment of transmission and distribution,thus the power company and the state power sector are complementary.The power enterprise has both the nature of the market and public utilities.We should not only consider the economic benefits of the enterprises but pay attention to the social benefits of the power grid construction projects when developing related businesses.The post project evaluation is a very important part of enterprises,the enterprise to carry out the evaluation of decision making and management situation analysis and summed up the experience in the construction process of the project,which have more reference data in the days after the decision and provide more detailed information to investors.Based on the systematic review of relevant literature on post evaluation of projects,this paper defines the connotation and common methods of post project evaluation and expounds the characteristics of the transmission and transformation project and the basic content of the comprehensive post evaluation and the principle of the selection of the post evaluation method.Using the method of combining the subjective and objective,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced to the power transmission station project comprehensive evaluation index system to build the project post evaluation.The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the object element model is used to make an empirical evaluation on the index system.Finally,taking Renxian Datun 110 kV power engineering as an example,the project data from 2015 to 2016 was analyzed in evaluation indexes and the empirical results show that the the overall evaluation level of the project is "good".The electric power engineering project evaluation is on the rise can be drew by the level of project evaluation in 2016 is much better than in 2015.Through the detailed study of the electrical engineering project,this paper helps to deepen and expand our country’s theory of the evaluation of the project.The postevaluation of the object model was applied in the power construction project would improve the accuracy of the empirical analysis and provide a more clearer picture of the overall construction level of the current power construction project in our country.It helps to clearly reveal the overall construction level of China’s current power construction projects and plays a positive role in maintaining stability,increasing efficiency and sustainable development of the power grid industry. |
