Research On The Post-evaluation Of Pithead Power Plants Construction Project In The Hulun Buir

After the evaluation project cycle is an indispensable important aspect of the project to improve decision-making levels and investment returns is of great significance.Based on actual data,it analyzed post-evaluation indexes and provided some decision It is also useful to the same kind of construction projects..As a major power construction projects,power transmission projects on the development of the national economy has important implications.Therefore, the power transmission project after the evaluation has a very real necessity.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature analyzes the development present situation and characteristics of project post-evaluation.It also introduces the theoretical foundation and the most commonly research methods of the post-evaluation of the coal-fired power plant project.And it introduces the principle and implementation of evaluation content, evaluation procedures.It establishes The research object is the pithead power plant of Hulun Buir.It has carried on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation for the implementation process,project influence,sustainability,economic benefit and so on of the plant.Using the principle of analytic hierarchy process,it determines the calculation method on index weight of the Hulun Buir pithead power plant and builds the evaluation model.Using the gray analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to the Hulun Buir pithead power plant project are analyzed and calculated.Results indicates that the project in general is good,effective solution to the local community,the problem of power consumption on the local economic development has had a positive impact and gets a better economic efficiency.In the paper,the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were used to evaluate the economic benefits and sustainability of the pithead power plant of Hulun Buir.Meanwhile it makes beneficial attempt for standardization,systematization and further research of post evaluation of the same kind of construction projects.Based on the evaluation results,the operating level is improved by the project recommendations for improvement.
