In the era of rapid development of industrialization, whether in manufacturing line shop, or in the distribution of goods stations, ports, docks, hoist-transportation machines figure can be seen everywhere. Similarly, involved in the logistics operation to include a variety of raw materials, parts and components required, processing equipment and finished products, including the realization of the process of loading and unloading and handling of various materials, are inseparable from hoist-transportation machines. With the constant expansion of modern industrial production and automation support measures integrated gradually improve, the cost of hoist-transportation machines in industrial production costs, a growing proportion of many devices in the field of construction machinery processing workshop, can not be separated from the hoist-transportation machines.At present, the plates top to bottom feeders are widely used in the field of construction machinery, by comparative analysis of the virtues and demerits of the plates top to bottom feeders both domestic and foreign, in view of the current domestic single sheet feeder inadequate material for feeding station status, and the spatial arrangement of the vacuum suction device is unreasonable, this article raises the necessary improvement ideas. Adopt double-position feeding, a station out of materials feeding program, with staggered opposite pairs parallelogram plate lifting conveyor lifting mechanism, these measures can improve the efficiency of the sheet conveying material to make up for the shortcomings of the machine downtime intervals, and the use of double parallelogram lifting mechanism which makes the more reasonable in the space layout. The plates lifting feeder will save feeding cycle, improve the degree of automation, which makes the material conveying line layout more reasonable.On the basis of theoretical research,in addition to having finished the overall planning and design for the plates lifting feeder, this paper also used finite element analysis software-ANSYS to obtain related stress, strain, natural frequencies and mode shapes and other technical data after having finished the necessary static analysis and modal analysis for its design and verification, the feeding system, thelift system, the vacuum suction system, the scraper system and so on.By means of the results of the analysis study, to make a reasonable optimization not only makes the whole layout is more reasonable, while allowing the various components to optimize the performance.The flexible body parameters modeling calculation for the feeder based on Recurdyn software,the whole driveline scraper system and staggered the rear dual parallel quadrilateral lifting mechanism of the realization of the process has been simulated, the resulting data demonstrate the rationality of design; The three-dimensional model is established in the Creo2.0environment, through dynamic assembly to achieve the dynamic simulation of the complete, intuitive, image reproducing the plates lifting feeder working state, provide guidance for reasonable structure design improvement and perfection.The content of this research, providing a new technology for flow workshop plates material production line equipment, and provide a theoretical basis for multi-station feeding research and equipment development of machine,In the mechanization of industry more and more perfect in the future, having multiple station feeding and reasonable plates lifting feeder will have broad market prospects.
