Entering into the21st century, the problem of energy consumption brought by China’s rapid economic development can not be ignored. In2012, according to information released by the US-China Clean Energy Forum publicly:China’s total energy consumption in2011reached3.48billion tons of standard coal, retaining its position as the world’s largest energy consumer. National Energy Administration, and experts estimate that China’s energy consumption also continued to grow, there will be an increase of about5%to6%a year, China’s energy supply problem has been too serious to be worried, the increasing deterioration of the environment and lack of energy has become the important factor to influence restrict the sustainable development of China’s social and economic, and how to coordinate the relationship of development energy and the environment is our urgent problem, and environmental protection and energy saving of building is an important aspect of the solution to this problemRising in the last century, Using the shallow surface heat, the ground source heat pump projects to meet building cooling heating needs this technology using shallow surface thermostat smaller energy loss through heat transfer technology, to meet the traditional refrigeration heating requirements, based on the geothermal resource utilization of regional balance of hot and cold, can be recycled, compared to significantly reduce energy consumption, reduce environmental pollution, environmental protection and energy saving building of various countries around the world in recent centuries important choice, widely recognized in the world. In1997, ground source heat pump technology was introduced to China from the United States.becoming China’s "12th Five-Year" to promote the project, given financial subsidies support, it has been made rapid development and widely application all over the country over the last decade.Due to the late start of the ground source heat pump technology in China’s construction market, within a short time of rapid application of large-scale, lack of practical experience in the construction team, influence the effect of the accumulation of geothermal utilization, the quality problem of ground source heat pump project has been focused, unsatisfactory result, not reaching the designed temperature non-standard technology, engineering, appearing frequently engineering quality problems, even leading to paralysis of the entire system, causes frequent occurrence not environmentally friendly energy-saving environmental protection and energy conservation projects, caused significant losses of the human, material and financial resources. it also brings many adverse factors on promoting the application of ground source heat pump project. it affects the smooth implementation of the policies. of the national environmental protection and energy savingThis thesis uses the theory of modern quality management to analysis the various factors of the final quality of the impact of ground source heat pump project, establishes scientific reasonable quality management system and build quality-management measures,and protects the overall quality of the ground source heat pump projects, on one hand it provides a theoretical reference to the ground source heat pump construction projects, on the other hand it has some significance to the real implementation of the national "12th five-Year development Plan, and promote the implementation of green energy policy.
