Analysis Of Post-Earthquake Reconstruction

Disasters had happened in the globe frequently in recent years, they brought great destructions, especially the earthquake and the secondary disasters. Post-disaster reconstruction theory research is an emerging field, it is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary and very complicated work which includes urban planning, architecture, economics, ecology, sociology, psychology and management, the reconstruction is not only recovery and restoration, but regeneration and rebirth. Post-disaster reconstruction often face time pressure and financial strain, the regulatory detailed planning can only give anticipatory guidance to post-disaster reconstruction project, but the reconstruction materials is rely on housing construction, the affected people only had a peace place, can to restore the affected area, so architecture is especially important in the status of post-disaster reconstruction work.Reconstruction has special background relative to the general planning of small towns, it is common to general urban planning and housing construction, and has particularity in the aspects of technical level, policy level, and political level at the same time, so construction workers should make the planning town out of disasters as soon as possible, and restore the normal production and living by not only comply with the universal law of urban planning, but to grasp the nature and impact of special events when they face the post-disaster reconstruction work. Architects should survey and even criticize on the existed problems or possible problems by architectural angle, instead of confining vision on the existing experience of architecture when they take on the social missions, they should think about how to meet the demands of people and give them protections from the perspective of planning and designing as planning and architectural practitioners.This paper took Dujiangyan municipality as the research object from reality influence factors of post-disaster reconstruction, it explored feasible solutions according to the analysis results of the influence factors of post-disaster reconstruction, the main problems of architecture, the architectural requirements, as well as the response of architecture on the basis of the post-disaster situation. It proposed that city square, parks, green space, sports buildings, school buildings and so on were brought into urban refuge and disaster prevention system, to research how to give supports with construction technology, so as to make the post-disaster reconstruction monomeric designs keep the urban landscape and harmony with the environment as far as possible, aiming to provide beneficial references for the post-disaster reconstruction work in the future.
