Sichuan province is one of the most seriously affected by earthquake disasters in China. 2008 “5·12” Wenchuan earthquake and 2013 "4·20 Ya’an Lushan earthquake have to rural areas in Sichuan Province the main room farm house caused irreversible great harm, which also from another aspect reflects the problems existing in China’s rural housing construction work.I regard this as the research focused on the post earthquake reconstruction of farmhouses "5·12" and 4·20", including "5·12" earthquake reconstruction of Dujiangyan City Qiang city farming curtilage, Wenchuan County Ying Xiu Zhen Yuzixi village farmhouse, Mianzhu, Zundao Town, shed flower village four groups of farm house, Pengzhou City Tongji Town Ping Village farm house, and "4·20" post disaster reconstruction in Lushan County Longmen Town core area farmers house, Lushan County Longmen Township Hexin group Village farm house, Lushan County in Feixianguan Guan Nan Chang Zhen phase II farm house. Through the analysis to the planning and design, construction, space layout and industrial relations, functions, cultural properties and seismic performance, to the development direction for the future of rural housing construction in Sichuan area provide planning, culture, industry, building, seismic level on the practice basis.
