Through residential college student affairs management in the space to the student’s academic research, and the three elements of life together, and the student affairs management staff and students in class and extra-curricular activities, knowledge and the interaction of organic combination, highlights the students’ dormitory as the function of education building. Through comparative study, analysis of domestic same type student dormitory in the student affairs management space of the defects in the design and missing, to further improve the students’ dormitory design pointed out a direction for improvement.Finally, this paper through the study and draw lessons from foreign experience of university residential college, combined with the actual situation of our country college students’ dormitory, carried out a series of active exploration and practice.
