Shenzhen University Student Dormitory Architecture Research

After the wave of expansion of colleges and universities,the number of domestic colleges and universities has slowed down from the rapid growth rate,and the construction of colleges and universities has gradually shifted to the direction of focusing on quality and connotation.Throughout the history of the construction of colleges and universities,it can be as long as more than a hundred years and short decades,and the design and construction time of its school buildings is very long.Similarly,the design standards and levels of college student dormitories vary greatly.As society and users pay more attention to space and improve the quality of living requirements,new design concepts and design standards need to be introduced.The dormitory construction of Shenzhen University has followed the development trend of universities in the country.Under the unique regional environment and design concept of Shenzhen,a large number of excellent engineering cases have emerged.The full text finds problems by summarizing the current status of the student dormitory of Shenzhen University,introduces the concept of social psychology group to analyze the problem,and never summarizes the solutions and design methods of the existing problems,which can be divided into four parts:The first part expounds the topic selection and background reasons of the thesis by summarizing the contradiction between the use status of university student dormitory,the status quo and the demand.The research method and framework of the thesis.The second part mainly elaborates the development of dormitory buildings in domestic and foreign universities and Shenzhen University,and combines the actual construction of student dormitory in Shenzhen University to systematically summarize the development,history and evolution of this type of university student dormitory.The third part analyzes the changes of contemporary college students’ accommodation needs from a practical perspective,and finds out the specific contradiction between the demand and residence in the current situation of Shenzhen University student dormitory.Then,it categorizes and exemplifies the residential demand space to provide a basis for the design points.It also discusses the hierarchical structure of the modules in the student dormitory space to provide a basis for the design points.Finally,combined with the actual case,the planning and functional configuration of the student dormitory area of Shenzhen University are discussed,and a configuration module with reference significance is summarized.The fourth summarizes the general design methods and architectural characteristics of the student dormitory of Shenzhen University,analyzes the existing deficiencies,and combines the development of dormitory at home and abroad,and looks forward to the design of the dormitory building of Shenzhen University in the future.
