Wheel forklift loader is a new kind of engineering machinery in today’s domestic stone material industry. Forklift loader must adapt in a complex working environment, it also requires huge lifting force and traction. In addition, it must have a good cross-country performance. Because the lifting force of the forklift loader need several times more than the loader, so the design of the forklift loader’s work device is not the same focus as the design of loader working device. However in the past the forklift loader’s work device design is just change the loader’s bucket to the fork. This design is obviously unreasonable, because there is no increase the lifting force. Forklift Loader in order to design a high quality, the redesign of the forklift loader’s work device is especially important.This article mainly introduced the wheel loader and wheeled forklift loader, both at home and abroad research status; Wheel forklift loader six-link work device’s working principle and structure are introduced; Company’s existing40t wheel fork work loading analysis of device; six-link work device of the connecting rod design process is introduced; Secondly, in view of how to improve the fork lifting force and the lifting height of the working equipment of loading problem, put forward to change movable arm oil cylinder installation method for increasing the lifting force and lifting height of the problem, and work for the improved device by AutoCAD and solidworks software for2d and3d motion analysis and simulation. Finally, to solve the biggest fork50tons loading front axle static load problem, through to the front frame of extension design to achieve the former frame within the100tons and the maximum static load control design of50t fork truck loading work device using AutoCAD and solidworks software to motion analysis and simulation.
